Rolls

1c Milk
2 pkg Yeast
1/2 c melted butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c sugar
2 eggs
4 1/2 to 5 c flour

Warm milk to body temperature, add 1/3 cup to yeast and set aside for at least 10 minutes. Combine remaining milk, melted butter, salt, sugar, beat until dissolved, then add beaten eggs and bubbly yeast. Slowly add flour with lots of mixing until you have a dough that can be turned out onto a floured board.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes. Place into a greased bowl and let rise until double. Punch down, roll the dough out into a long narrow sheet about 1/4 inch thick, and cut into triangles. Brush with butter, roll the triangles, place onto a greased cookie sheet and let rise until double. Brush with extra butter if desired.

Bake at 350, 20-25 minutes.
