Crepes

1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
3 Tbl melted butter
1-2 Tbl water

blend ingredients lightly to mix
set in fridge for at least 1 hr.

Notes: Adding water helps a little for thinner consistency if they don't spread around the pan.[BR] Sugar can be omitted if you simply want savory crepes.
