Buttermilk Waffles

These can be easy or complicated to make - this is the easy version (the complicated version involves foaming the egg whites). 

Dry ingredients:
2 cup all purpose flour
2 Tbl Sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

Wet ingredients:
2 eggs
1 3/4 cup Buttermilk
8 Tbl melted butter

Use 2 bowls: 1 for dry ingredients, 1 for wet ingredients. Mix one into the other with a whisk until just combined - a little lumpiness is ok.

You can make your own buttermilk by adding 1 Tbl white vinegar per cup of milk. For this recipe I use 1 Tbl and 2 tsp of vinegar for 1 & 3/4 cups of milk.
