Quinoa
Quinoa is great for salads and a variety of dishes. Here's an easy recipe for making Quinoa in advance and storing it in the fridge.
1 & 3/4 cup water 1 cup Quinoa
- Rinse Quinoa under water before cooking.
 - Add quinoa and water to a pan.
 - Bring to a boil
 - Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
 - Remove from heat, and let sit for 10 minutes
 - Fluff with a fork.
 
Store in fridge.
